Stop worrying and think about all the good things in life

"Do not worry about things that we can't control." Got this phrase while watching a DVD last night. I kinda like this phrase. I am the type of person who worry too much and think too much. Oppa used to tell me that I always think of the impossibles; and I always ask him back..."How can I stop thinking then?" and Oppa would say... "That is your mind Dear. I can't change what's in your mind." Hmmm...Oppa has a point there. What Oppa said to me made me think and I decided that I should change. I suffered from depression before and I wouldn't want to go through it again. Thank you Oppa for being so understanding and supportive to me. I promise you Oppa, that I will do like you told me to do. I've started doing it and I can see the difference. Thank you again Oppa. Sarang Hae Yo.

Been through a lot of changes in my life. The latest change is my job. I'm doing something different from what I used to. It's a totally new experience for me. I take this as a challenge to my career. Sometimes I do feel frustrated coz I don't quite fully understand about my job scope yet. I'm really thankful that my new boss is very supportive. I got a big task tomorrow. Gotta do a presentation to our GM in our weekly performance meeting. Hope that it will go on smooth and fine.
